Call for Tutorials
Tutorials are high-quality training sessions provided by recognized experts from academia and/or industry. During these sessions, fundamentals and state-of-the-art on emerging topics in electrical machines will be introduced.
ICEM 2026 Tutorials will be held on September 6, 2026, and will be free-of-charge for all registered participants.
Each accepted tutorial will receive one free full registration, applicable to one of the tutorial presenters.
Guidelines for Tutorial Proposals
Potential tutorial organizers should submit their tutorial proposals in .doc format. The tutorial proposals should include the following information (also reflected in the Tutorial Proposal Template):
- Title of the Tutorial;
- Names, affiliations and email addresses of the tutorial organizers;
- Biographies and photos of the presenters;
- Abstract (up to 300 words);
- List of contents.
Recommendations for Tutorial Organizers
The tutorial organizers should take into account the following:
- Duration of the tutorial: 2h 30 min, including Q&A;
- Number of presenters: up to 3;
- The inclusion of practical case-studies, real-world applications, and experimentally validated results is highly appreciated;
- A clear description of the content and objectives of the lecture is highly recommended;
- Presenters are encouraged to prepare various materials, such as handouts or electronic resources, available for distribution before or during the tutorials.
