In the ICEM 2026 Proceedings, there will be no distinction between oral and poster presentations. All accepted papers will be treated equally and will be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore after the conference, provided that they are presented and successfully pass the IEEE post-conference compliance checks.
Papers that are not presented ("no-show" papers) will be removed from the final ICEM 2026 Proceedings and will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore.
Speakers must report to the session room at least 15 minutes before their session begins, to upload their presentation, with the assistance of the technical and conference staff.
Presentations must be provided in PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX) or PDF format on a USB flash drive. The use of personal laptops during the presentation will not be permitted in order to avoid delays and technical issues.
Presenters are given a 15-minute time frame to present. A 5-minute Q&A will follow each presentation. Please double-check the conference program for your session day and time and arrive early to check in with your session co-chairs.
Presenting authors are requested to provide the session co-chairs with a printed short biography (maximum 10 lines) before the beginning of the session.
Since sessions are tightly scheduled, the allotted time for presentation must be strictly observed.

The poster must be in A0 portrait format (118.9 cm × 84.1 cm). Please ensure that these dimensions are strictly respected.
Authors are responsible for mounting their posters on the display boards assigned by the conference organizers, using the materials provided by the support staff in the poster area.
The poster session will last one hour. Throughout the session, at least one poster presenter must remain at the poster to answer questions and interact with participants. Poster presenters may briefly step away to get coffee or food, but should return to their poster promptly to ensure that someone is available to engage with participants throughout the session.
Please note that simply displaying a printed copy of the conference paper is not permitted/allowed.
